My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, although large with comfortable beds, had some cleanliness issues, especially in the bathroom and with bugs. The 'Thai style' motto added a nice touch to the decor, but overall, there were some maintenance issues that affected my experience.
The hotel offers a large TV in the rooms, but cleanliness needs improvement as I found long hairs in the bathroom and bedroom. The service was mixed - accommodating in arranging another room but lacking politeness at check-in. The location is convenient for shopping but far from the city center.
My stay at the hotel was perfect for a long layover between flights. The room, although a bit small for a premium category, was quiet and very comfortable despite encountering some hygiene issues with small bugs in the bathroom. The location, away from the city but close to family and shopping centers, suited my needs perfectly. The dining options were a bit on the higher price range with some dreadful experiences, but others were surprisingly good. The hotel facilities were adequate for a short stay.
